The quickest way to reach ElectricianBusiness.ca is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Texting is welcome: a short message from the van is enough to start, and we take it from there. You'll talk to a senior strategist, not a call centre.

A reminder before you write: we are a business consulting and digital marketing service for electrical contracting owners. We can't send an electrician, quote electrical work or answer code questions; for those, contact a licensed contractor or your provincial regulator.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

The answer: by phone, text or email, whichever is easiest for you.

  • Call: (604) 632-4959
  • Text: (604) 632-4959
  • Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca
  • Hours: Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific
  • Reply time: We usually reply within one business day.

We meet in person or online by video call, and we work with owners in every province and territory. Tell us which you prefer when you get in touch.

What to include in your message

You don't need a full brief. Three or four lines help us come to the first conversation prepared.

  1. Your company name and province. The province sets your sales tax and the regional context.
  2. Your shop size. Number of trucks or field staff, and whether you still quote and dispatch yourself.
  3. Your main work. For example, residential service, panels and chargers, generators, commercial maintenance or new construction.
  4. The one number that bothers you. Margin, backlog, call volume, quote close rate or turnover.

A template you can copy and fill in:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City, Province]. We run [number] trucks, mostly [main type of work]. Our biggest issue is [margin / backlog / slow season / quoting]. Best time to reach me is [day and time].

What happens next

The short answer: a conversation, then a written plan if it makes sense.

  1. We reply to set a time, usually within one business day.
  2. Free 30-minute consultation, in person, by video call or by phone. We ask about your work mix, prices and capacity, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
  3. A written proposal if there is a fit, with scope, plan, ownership terms, reporting and cancellation terms.
  4. Month one usually starts with your invoices: price book and service mix review.

There is no obligation after the consultation, and plans run month to month.

If you're not ready to talk yet

That's fine. Many owners read for a while before they get in touch. Three things you can do on your own this week:

  • Pull your three most common job types from last month and work out the gross profit on each, using the example on the home page.
  • Count your open quotes over $1,000 and note how many have had a follow-up call.
  • Look at your backlog. If your next open slot is more than three weeks out, your prices may be too low for the demand you have.

When you do reach out, those three numbers make the first conversation far more useful. Bring them to the free consultation, whether we meet in person, by video call or over the phone.

Useful pages before you call

  • Services: the five areas we work on, and where to start.
  • Pricing: the three plans and a worked check against your margin.
  • Results: results from our HVAC work, and what transfers.
  • FAQ: contracts, ownership, timing and limits.
  • Guides: free methods for pricing, service mix and a weekly scorecard.

Frequently asked questions

Is texting really okay?

Yes. (604) 632-4959 receives texts, and many owners prefer it because they can send it from the van between jobs. A short text is enough; we take it from there.

Do you meet in person?

Yes. We meet in person or online by video call, whichever suits you, and we also work by phone, text and email.

What should I have ready for the first conversation?

Nothing formal. If you can, bring rough figures for your three most common job types: average invoice, materials and hours. If not, we'll work out what to gather together.

How quickly will you reply?

We usually reply within one business day. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific.
